Jay Simson

Jay Simson is the former President & CEO of ACEC New York, a trade association of 300 engineering and related firms. During his 30 years leading ACECNY Jay worked with firm CEOs on a wide range of business activities. As part of his work, Jay lobbied on behalf of the engineering industry in Washington, DC, Albany, NY and New York City. Since retiring from ACECNY in 2021, Jay has worked as an advisor within the engineering profession.
Jay served on a variety of national and sports related boards. He received his BS in Economics and MA in Criminal Justice, both from the University at Albany.
Jay is currently based in Naples, Florida
