Mike Carroll
Current Chairman, Former President and CEO, CHA Consulting

Mike Carroll is a broadly experienced executive, having led both private-equity majority-owned portfolio companies as well as large, global publicly-traded firms and organizations across North America and Europe and across end-markets.

Mr. Carroll is currently the Chairman of CHA Consulting Inc. Before, from January 2015 to January 2020 Mr. Carroll served as the CEO and President of CHA Consulting, during which he led CHA through a very successful transaction from one private-equity partner to another. Today CHA is in its industry’s top quartile for growth (organic and acquisitive) and profitability.

Mr. Carroll has more than 28 years of executive experience as CEO, President, Executive Vice President and other executive officer positions including with global, multi-billion-dollar engineering, construction and consulting firms such as ARCADIS and AECOM. He has also worked at other engineering consulting firms such as Harding Lawson Associates/MACTEC and Rust Environment & Infrastructure. Prior to entering the engineering and consulting industry, Mr. Carroll spent 20 years in the US Air Force holding significant engineering and facilities management leadership positions throughout the North America and Europe.

Mr. Carroll received a Bachelor of Arts from State University of New York, Utica, a Master of Science for Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute as well as an Master of Business Administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
