James A. Salvito has over 35 years of progressive experience in civil and transportation engineering design, construction management, and business operations/organizational management. Mr. Salvito initially joined MNS Engineers, Inc., (MNS) in 1989 as a Principal-In-Charge/Project Manager for numerous public infrastructure projects. Since 1998, he has served as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with a focus on business operations and organizational management. As President and CEO of MNS, Mr. Salvito oversees the daily operations of the company's functional and administrative support divisions and the implementation of a multi-year strategic plan for expansion.
Mr. Salvito studied Civil Engineering at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. His additional academic training includes the Caltrans Resident Engineer Academy and FHWA Contract Administration Core Curriculum.
