Long Point Capital is pleased to announce that its portfolio company EYP, Inc. ("EYP") has acquired WHR Architects Inc. (“WHR”), a full-service architecture and interior design firm specializing in the planning and design of healthcare facilities. Headquartered in Houston, Texas, with additional offices in Dallas and Copenhagen, Denmark, WHR employs 170 people worldwide.
The acquisition allows EYP to broaden its reach into the health care sector and expand into the Southwest United States, while enabling WHR to further expand its health care practice on the East Coast. With the addition of WHR, EYP now has 530 employees across 15 offices in the U.S. and Europe.

WHR represents EYP’s third add-on acquisition since Long Point made its original investment in May 2011.
